The Trial plan is the best way to explore clariBI before making a financial commitment. You get full access to the core platform for two weeks.

What Happens When the Trial Ends
If you do not upgrade within 14 days, your account enters a read-only state. You can still log in and view existing dashboards and reports, but you cannot run new analyses, create new dashboards, or connect new data sources. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration.

All paid plans offer a discount when billed annually:

To switch to annual billing, go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan and select the annual option.
AI Credits Explained
AI credits are consumed when you run analyses, generate reports, or ask questions in conversational analytics. Each action typically costs one credit, though complex multi-step analyses may consume 2-3 credits.
Credits reset on your monthly billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. If you run out of credits mid-month, you can purchase additional credit packs from Settings > Billing > Add Credits.

Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access to higher-tier features until then.
- Canceling works the same as downgrading -- access continues until the end of the paid period.
If downgrading would put you over a limit (e.g., you have 12 data sources but are moving to Starter which allows 10), you will need to disconnect sources before the downgrade takes effect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try Professional features on the Trial plan?
The trial gives you access to core features only. Professional and Enterprise features like RBAC and custom roles are not available during the trial. You can upgrade directly to any paid plan at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact support for a full refund.
Is there a free plan after the trial?
Currently there is no permanent free plan. After the 14-day trial, you need to select a paid plan to continue using clariBI actively.
Can I add more users without changing plans?
Additional user seats are not available as an add-on. To get more user capacity, upgrade to the next plan tier.
