02  Questions

Examples of what you can ask

The totals are calculated with code over your rows, so they add up the same way every time. The written explanation only describes them.

QuestionWhere the answer comes from
"How is MRR trending over the last six months, split into new, expansion and churned?"Stripe subscriptions.
"Which invoices are more than 30, 60 or 90 days overdue?"Stripe invoices with their due dates.
"Which spend categories grew fastest compared with last year?"Ramp transactions or an expense export.
"What was revenue by product last quarter, in euros?"Stripe revenue by product, converted with daily exchange rates.
"How many months of runway do we have?"A cash and cost sheet you keep, plus revenue from Stripe.
03  Dashboards

What to set up first

  • A cash and runway dashboard from your sheet and Stripe, refreshed daily.
  • An overdue invoices table sorted by amount.
  • A revenue forecast (Starter and up) with 50, 80 and 95 percent ranges, and the metrics that move with it.
  • On Professional, a monthly report emailed to the leadership team on a schedule.
04  Limits

What clariBI does not do here

  • No direct connection to banks, QuickBooks, Xero or other accounting systems. Use exports.
  • It is an analysis tool, not a ledger: it does not post entries or reconcile accounts.
  • Scheduled reports, public links and the API need Professional.

Try it on your own data

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. When it ends you move to the Free plan and keep your data and source dashboards.
