For e-commerce and retail

Revenue, ad spend and email results side by side

Sales come from your payment processor or store exports, traffic from Google Analytics, spend from the ad platforms and repeat purchases from email. clariBI syncs them so you can see what each channel returns for what it costs.

14-day trial with 50 AI credits and no credit card. Afterwards the Free plan keeps your data and source dashboards.

02  Questions

Examples of what you can ask

The more complete your order data, the better the answers. If orders live only in Shopify, export them regularly or use a sheet that your store app keeps up to date.

QuestionWhere the answer comes from
"What was revenue by week, next to ad spend?"Stripe, Square or your order export, plus Google Ads and Meta Ads.
"Which campaigns returned the most revenue per dollar last month?"Campaign spend and conversion value from the ad platforms.
"How much revenue came from email flows compared with campaigns?"Klaviyo.
"Which products sold most at each store location?"Square orders and locations.
"Did support tickets rise after the sale weekend?"Gorgias or Zendesk.
03  Dashboards

What to set up first

  • Automatic dashboards for each payment, ad and analytics source.
  • An e-commerce template: revenue, orders, average order value, repeat purchase rate.
  • A weekly revenue forecast (Starter and up) to plan stock and spend.
04  Limits

What clariBI does not do here

  • Shopify is only connected through the Shopify Storefront MCP entry, which reads the product catalog, not orders, customers or revenue. Use an order export for sales.
  • No inventory or warehouse system connectors. Stock levels come from an export or a sheet.
  • It reads data only; it does not change prices, campaigns or listings.

Try it on your own data

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. When it ends you move to the Free plan and keep your data and source dashboards.
