Share a dashboard with someone who has no account
Turn on a public link for a dashboard, report, forecast or workspace and send the address to a client, an investor or your board. They open it in a browser, read-only, without signing up.
Professional and Enterprise.

Three things to know
The link
Each link contains a long random token, so it cannot be guessed from the dashboard's address. Anyone who has the link can open it.
What they see
The dashboard or report as it is when they open it, read-only. They cannot edit, comment or move to other items. A workspace link shows the dashboards and reports in that workspace.
Turning it off
Switch the link off and the old address stops working, because the token is replaced. Switching it on again gives a new link.
Items and where to find the switch
| Item | Notes |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Shows the latest data after each refresh. |
| Report | Shows the generated report. Regenerate it to update the numbers. |
| Forecast | Shows the latest run with its ranges. |
| Workspace | One link for everything shared into the workspace. |
What public links do not have
- No password protection and no expiry date. Turn the link off when it is no longer needed.
- No view statistics.
- Anyone the link is forwarded to can open it. For sensitive numbers, invite the person to the organization instead.
- If you move from Professional to a lower plan, you can no longer create public links.
Try it on your own data
The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. When it ends you move to the Free plan and keep your data and source dashboards.
