Reports
A report is a written analysis of your data at one point in time: a summary, metrics with charts, findings, risks and next steps. clariBI generates it from a template and your sources.
Report or dashboard
A dashboard is for watching numbers change: same layout, refreshed on a schedule, read by people who know the context. A report is for explaining a result to someone: it is written once from the data as it stands, with text that says what changed and what it may mean. If you build the same report every week, schedule it, or turn the numbers into a dashboard.
Plans
Reports are written by the AI model, so they use AI credits and need the trial (50 credits), Starter (500 a month), Professional (1,500) or Enterprise (5,000). Free and Lite cannot generate reports. The credit cost depends on how much AI work the report takes; each report shows what it used.
What is in a report
The sections depend on the template and the data. The usual set: executive summary, introduction, key metrics with charts, key findings and trends, risk assessment, recommendations, next steps, and assumptions, limitations and data quality warnings.
Every figure in the written text has to be backed by the chart data; sentences with numbers that cannot be traced are removed. A metric with no data gets a short "no data" note, never an invented narrative.
The Reports page
- Templates: report templates, filterable by category and by the sources they need. Generate Report on a card starts a report; you can also create your own template.
- Reports: every generated report with its status (completed, generating, failed). The actions menu has View Report, Download, Share and Delete.
- Schedules: recurring reports with their next run, success rate and last run (Professional and Enterprise).
New Report opens a template picker. In Ask clariBI, Save as Report turns an answer into a report.
Guides
The trial lasts 14 days, includes 50 AI credits and does not ask for a card. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan and keeps its data.
