Export Formats & Tier Availability
Export to PDF, Excel, and CSV is available on Professional ($199/mo) and Enterprise ($999/mo) plans. Free / Trial / Lite / Starter plans can view reports in clariBI but can't generate downloadable exports — share via a public link (Pro+) or screenshot if you need to ship a copy externally.

How to Export
- Open the report you want to export
- Click the Download button in the report toolbar
- The PDF file downloads to your browser automatically
What the PDF Includes
The exported PDF contains your complete report: executive summary, key metrics, analysis sections with charts, key findings, and recommendations. Charts are rendered as images in the PDF.
Limitations
- PDF exports include charts as rendered images. They are not interactive.
- Large reports with many data points may take a few seconds to generate the export file.
