Sharing Dashboards

Built a dashboard you want others to see? Here is how to share it with teammates and, on Professional+ plans, with anyone via a public link.

Sharing With Team Members

Click the Share button on any dashboard. In the share modal, you can add team members by email address. You can also choose the public access level:

  • View Only — can see the dashboard but cannot modify or comment
  • View & Comment — can see the dashboard and leave comments
  • Full Edit Access — can modify widgets, layout, and settings

Shared dashboards appear in the recipient's dashboard list with a "Shared with me" label.

Workspace Sharing

You can also add dashboards to a Workspace. Anyone with access to the workspace can view all dashboards in it. This is easier than sharing individually when a whole team needs access.

Public Links (Professional+)

On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can generate a public link that lets anyone view the dashboard without a clariBI account. Open the Share modal and toggle on Enable public sharing. A shareable URL is generated that you can copy and distribute.

You can revoke the public link at any time by toggling the setting off in the Share modal. Trial and Starter plan users will see an upgrade prompt when attempting to enable public sharing.

Security Note

Public links expose dashboard data to anyone with the URL. Only share dashboards that contain data appropriate for external viewing. You can revoke a public link at any time from the Share modal.
