Organization Settings and Configuration

Configure organization-wide settings including branding, security, and preferences.

Configure your organization's clariBI instance.

Accessing Organization Settings

Navigation

  1. Click your avatar/name
  2. Select Settings
  3. Navigate to Organization section

Basic Information

Organization Profile

  • Name: Organization display name
  • Logo: Upload company logo
  • Industry: Business sector (for templates)
  • Timezone: Default timezone for reports
  • Date Format: Preferred date display

Updating Information

  1. Edit fields as needed
  2. Click Save Changes
  3. Changes reflect immediately

Security Settings

Authentication Options

Configure how users sign in:
- Email/Password: Standard authentication
- OAuth SSO: Google, Microsoft (Professional+)
- SAML SSO: Enterprise identity providers (Enterprise)

Password Policy

Set requirements:
- Minimum length
- Complexity requirements
- Expiration period
- History requirements

Session Management

  • Session timeout duration
  • Concurrent session limits
  • Remember device options

MFA Settings (Professional+)

  • Require MFA for all users
  • Allowed MFA methods
  • Recovery options

Data Settings

Default Data Retention

  • How long to keep data
  • Automatic cleanup policies
  • Archive vs delete

Data Source Limits

View and manage:
- Connected sources count
- Storage usage
- Processing quotas

Notification Defaults

Organization-Wide Settings

Set defaults for:
- Email notification frequency
- Alert thresholds
- Digest schedules
- System maintenance notices

Audit and Compliance

Audit Logging (Professional+)

Enable comprehensive logging:
- User activity tracking
- Data access logs
- Configuration changes
- Security events

Export Audit Logs

  1. Go to Security > Audit Logs
  2. Set date range
  3. Click Export
  4. Download CSV/JSON

Compliance Features (Enterprise)

  • SOC2 compliance mode
  • HIPAA data handling
  • Data residency options
  • Extended log retention

Billing Management

Subscription Details

View and manage:
- Current plan
- Billing cycle
- Payment method
- Usage vs limits

Upgrade/Downgrade

  1. Go to Billing > Plan
  2. Compare available plans
  3. Select desired plan
  4. Confirm change

Danger Zone

Organization Deletion

To delete your organization:
1. Go to Settings > Organization
2. Scroll to Danger Zone
3. Click Delete Organization
4. Type organization name to confirm
5. Final confirmation

Warning: This action is irreversible and deletes all data.
