## Connect World Bank Open Data to clariBI The World Bank connector syncs the yearly history of the macroeconomic indicators you choose, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. World Bank Open Data is an open data source, so there is no API key to manage. ### What you need - Nothing. World Bank Open Data requires no API key or account. - The indicator codes you want (for example NY.GDP.MKTP.CD for GDP, or FP.CPI.TOTL.ZG for inflation). You can find codes at [data.worldbank.org](https://data.worldbank.org/indicator). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find World Bank Open Data. 2. There is no key to paste. Enter the indicator codes to track and set the country. 3. clariBI syncs the yearly values, preprocesses them, and builds a dashboard you can query and pull into reports. ### What gets synced For each indicator: the yearly value for the country you choose. Years with no published observation are skipped. The connector reads only and never changes anything.
