Connect OneSignal to clariBI with your REST API key and App ID to sync message delivery stats (successful, failed, converted) per notification, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

What is OneSignal?

OneSignal is a customer messaging platform for push notifications, email, SMS and in-app messages.

clariBI reads OneSignal through its REST API using your own REST API key: the delivery stats for each message you sent, including successful, failed, errored and converted counts. Access is read-only, and clariBI never sends a message or changes anything in your OneSignal account.

How to connect OneSignal

  1. Open Data Sources in clariBI. In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data Source, find OneSignal, and paste your REST API key and App ID (both in OneSignal under Settings → Keys & IDs). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
  2. Confirm your App ID. Enter the App ID for the OneSignal app whose messages you want to track. clariBI reads its message stats read-only.
  3. Sync, then get dashboards. clariBI syncs the message delivery stats, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did our push deliveries drive conversions?" and the AI engine queries the synced stats alongside your business data.

What you can analyze

  • Successful deliveries per message over time
  • Delivery rate: successful versus failed and errored
  • Conversions per message and conversion trend
  • Send cadence across the messages you track
  • Deliveries lined up with signups or revenue by date
  • Cross-source: message deliveries → conversions → revenue

What gets synced

clariBI pulls your message delivery stats through the OneSignal REST API, paginates the full list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.

clariBI syncs each message with its queued date and its successful, failed, errored and converted counts, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.

clariBI only ever reads. It never sends a message or changes anything in your OneSignal account.

Questions across your other data

Once your records are synced, the AI engine can join them to the rest of your business data. A few examples:

PairingQuestionHow clariBI answers
OneSignal × Revenue"Did the days we delivered more messages book more revenue?"Planner: read successful deliveries per day from OneSignal, align to your revenue by date, and report how closely they tracked.
OneSignal × Conversions"Which messages drove the most conversions per delivery?"Planner: read successful and converted counts per message from OneSignal, and rank messages by conversion rate.
