Export orders, products, and customer data from WooCommerce as CSV files and import them into clariBI for AI-powered e-commerce analysis.

WooCommerce is the most widely used e-commerce plugin for WordPress. You can export your store data as CSV files and import them into clariBI to gain AI-driven insights into your sales, products, and customers.

What You Can Export from WooCommerce

  • Order data with line items, totals, dates, and customer info
  • Product listings with prices, stock levels, categories, and attributes
  • Customer records with contact details and purchase history
  • Revenue and sales reports by date range
  • Coupon usage data
  • Tax and shipping reports
  • Product category and tag performance
  • Stock and inventory status reports

Export CSV Data from WooCommerce

Method 1: Export Orders

Note: The WooCommerce Orders page (WooCommerce > Orders) does not have a native one-click Export button. To export orders using built-in WooCommerce tools, use the Analytics section. For a full order export with all fields, use the WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export extension or a free export plugin.

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Analytics > Orders in the left sidebar
  3. Set the date range and apply any filters as needed
  4. Click the download icon at the top of the orders table to export the data as CSV
  5. The file will download with order data for the selected date range
  6. For a full order export with all fields (billing details, line items, custom meta, etc.), install the WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export extension or a free plugin such as "Order Export for WooCommerce" from Plugins > Add New

Method 2: Export Products

  1. Go to Products > All Products in the WordPress admin
  2. Click the Export button at the top of the products list
  3. Choose which columns to export (name, SKU, price, stock, categories, etc.)
  4. Select a product category filter if you want a subset
  5. Click Generate CSV and download the file

Method 3: Export Analytics Reports

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Analytics in the left sidebar
  2. Select a report type: Revenue, Orders, Products, Categories, Coupons, Taxes, or Downloads
  3. Set the date range using the date picker at the top
  4. Click the Download button (cloud/download icon) in the top right of the report table
  5. The CSV file will download with the report data for the selected date range

Method 4: Using a CSV Export Plugin

  1. If built-in export options are limited, go to Plugins > Add New
  2. Search for "WooCommerce CSV Export" or "Order Export for WooCommerce"
  3. Install and activate the plugin
  4. Navigate to the plugin settings (usually under WooCommerce > Export or a dedicated menu item)
  5. Configure the fields, date range, and order statuses to include
  6. Generate and download the CSV file

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Use the WooCommerce Analytics section for pre-formatted reports that are ready for analysis
  • When using export plugins, select only the fields you need to keep file sizes smaller and analysis cleaner
  • Export orders and products separately so you can upload them as distinct data sources in clariBI
