Common Browser Issues
Page Not Loading
Symptoms:
- Blank white page
- Infinite loading
- Partial content display
Solutions:
1. Hard refresh: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R
2. Clear browser cache
3. Try incognito/private mode
4. Disable browser extensions
5. Try different browser
Display/Layout Problems
Symptoms:
- Overlapping elements
- Missing buttons
- Broken layouts
Solutions:
1. Check zoom level (should be 100%)
2. Clear cache
3. Disable custom browser themes
4. Check for conflicting extensions
Login Loop
Symptoms:
- Redirected to login repeatedly
- "Session expired" errors
- Cannot stay logged in
Solutions:
1. Clear all cookies for clariBI
2. Check cookie settings (allow)
3. Disable "block third-party cookies"
4. Try incognito mode
Cache and Cookies
Clearing Cache (Chrome)
- Click three dots menu
- Settings > Privacy
- Clear browsing data
- Select "Cached images and files"
- Select time range
- Click Clear data
Clearing Cookies
- Same steps as cache
- Also select "Cookies"
- Or clear only clariBI cookies:
- Settings > Cookies
- Search "claribi"
- Remove all matches
Extension Conflicts
Common Conflicting Extensions
- Ad blockers (may block API calls)
- Privacy extensions (may block tracking)
- VPN extensions (may cause timeouts)
- Dark mode extensions (may break styling)
Testing for Conflicts
- Open incognito/private window
- Try clariBI without extensions
- If works, enable extensions one by one
- Identify the conflicting one
Extension Whitelisting
If extension needed:
1. Open extension settings
2. Add claribi.com to whitelist
3. Reload clariBI
Performance Issues
Slow Dashboard Loading
- Check internet connection speed
- Try wired instead of WiFi
- Close other browser tabs
- Check system memory usage
High Memory Usage
- Close unused tabs
- Restart browser periodically
- Limit dashboard complexity
- Use data aggregations
Mobile Browser Issues
Responsive Design
clariBI adapts to mobile, but:
- Some features work better on desktop
- Complex dashboards may be cramped
- Use landscape orientation for dashboards
Mobile-Specific Fixes
- Ensure mobile browser is updated
- Clear mobile browser cache
- Try "Request Desktop Site" option
- Use mobile app if available
