About OneSignal
OneSignal is a customer messaging platform for push notifications, email, SMS and in-app messages.
clariBI reads OneSignal through its REST API using your own REST API key: the delivery stats for each message you sent, including successful, failed, errored and converted counts. Access is read-only, and clariBI never sends a message or changes anything in your OneSignal account.

How to connect OneSignal
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find OneSignal, and paste your REST API key and App ID (both in OneSignal under Settings > Keys & IDs). The key is stored encrypted.
Confirm your App ID
Enter the App ID for the OneSignal app whose messages you want to track. clariBI reads its message stats read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the message delivery stats, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did our push deliveries drive conversions?" and clariBI reads the synced stats alongside your business data.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

About the OneSignal connector
What do I need to connect OneSignal?
Your OneSignal REST API key and your App ID, both under Settings then Keys & IDs in your OneSignal app. You paste them into clariBI once; the key is stored encrypted, and there is no OAuth popup to register.
Can clariBI send messages or change my account?
No. The connector only reads the delivery stats for messages you already sent. It never sends a message or changes anything in your OneSignal account.
Which clariBI plans include OneSignal?
Every plan can connect OneSignal, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the OneSignal catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
