About Lytics
Lytics is a customer data platform that builds audience segments from unified behavioral profiles.
clariBI reads Lytics through its REST API using your own API key: your audience segments with their current member counts. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a segment.

What clariBI syncs
clariBI pulls your segment sizes through the Lytics REST API, lands them as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes them once they are more than a day old. Access is read-only.
clariBI syncs each segment with its name, slug, and current member count, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports. Because every scheduled sync captures a fresh snapshot, the size of each segment builds into a series over time.
clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a segment or a profile in Lytics.

How to connect Lytics
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find Lytics, and paste your Lytics API key (Lytics account settings, API tokens). The key is stored encrypted.

Pick the segment sizes resource to pull. clariBI reads it read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the segment sizes, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Which segments are growing fastest?" and clariBI reads the synced segment data alongside your revenue.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

What do I need to connect Lytics?
Your Lytics API key (account settings, API tokens). You paste it into clariBI once; the key is stored encrypted.
Can clariBI change my Lytics segments?
No. The connector only reads your segments and their sizes. It never edits a segment or a profile.
Which clariBI plans include Lytics?
Every plan can connect Lytics, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the Lytics catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.

The trial lasts 14 days, includes 50 AI credits and needs no card. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan and keeps its data and dashboards.
