Dashboard templates
A template is a ready-made set of widgets and metrics for a use case. You point it at your sources and clariBI fills it with your data.
How many there are
The system library has 378 templates: 58 dashboard templates and 320 report templates, in 27 categories. The largest categories are Marketing, Operations and Product Analytics; others include Finance and Accounting, Sales and CRM, Healthcare, E-commerce and Retail, Education, and HR and People.
Almost all templates are marked for Starter and above, which the trial also sees. Lite sees the same dashboard templates in manual mode, where you choose the columns and no AI is used. Free does not include templates.

Using a template with AI
Choosing a template on the Templates tab opens a four-step wizard:
- Overview: what the template contains.
- Data Mapping: which of your sources and columns feed it.
- Configuration: name and options.
- Confirmation: a summary with the estimated credit cost, usually 5 to 20 credits depending on data size.
Using a template without AI
Manual mode takes a template, your sources and a column for each widget slot, and builds the dashboard without credits. See Dashboard builder.
A dashboard made from a template is an ordinary dashboard afterwards: change the layout, the refresh frequency or the widgets as you like.
The trial lasts 14 days, includes 50 AI credits and does not ask for a card. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan and keeps its data.
