Team Invitations

Growing your team on clariBI? Here is how to invite new members, assign roles, and manage pending invitations.

Sending an Invitation

Go to Settings > Organization > Team Members

Click Invite Member

Enter their email address

Select a role:

  • Member — standard access (default role for new users)
  • Administrator — broad access for day-to-day management

Roles can be changed after the user joins. See Roles & Permissions for the full 5-tier role system.

Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization. If they do not have a clariBI account, they will create one as part of the invitation flow.

Workspace Invitations

You can also invite existing organization members to specific workspaces. From within a workspace, use the invite option to add members with workspace-specific roles:

  • Viewer — can view dashboards and reports
  • Contributor — can comment and provide feedback
  • Editor — can create and edit content
  • Admin — can manage workspace and members

You can include an optional personal message with the invitation.

User Limits

The number of team members you can have depends on your plan:

  • Trial: 1 user
  • Starter: 3 users
  • Professional: 15 users
  • Enterprise: 100 users

Need more seats? Purchase add-on user packs from Settings > Billing, or upgrade your plan.

Managing Invitations

Pending invitations appear in the Team Members list with a "Pending" status. You can:

  • Resend the invitation if it was lost
  • Cancel a pending invitation
  • Change the role before the invitee accepts

Who Can Invite

Only users with the Owner or Administrator role can send invitations. Members, Analysts, and Viewers cannot invite new users.
