Each plan has fixed limits for AI credits, storage, users, data sources, file uploads and OCR pages. When one limit is tight, you can buy an add-on pack instead of moving to a bigger plan. Prices are in US dollars.
Two kinds of packs
- One-time packs are charged once. What they add expires 90 days after purchase and does not renew.
- Monthly packs are charged every month until stopped and appear as a separate item on your invoices.

Buying a pack
- Add a card under Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. A purchase needs a default payment method.
- In Add-ons & Overages, choose Recurring or One-time.
- Pick the resource and the pack size, add it to the selection and confirm the purchase.
Packs you own are listed under Current Add-ons. To stop a monthly pack, write to support@claribi.com.
Changing your plan
| Change | What happens |

| Upgrade | Takes effect at once. You are invoiced right away for the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. |
| Downgrade to a lower paid plan | Scheduled for the end of the current billing period. You keep the current plan until then. The current period is not refunded. |
| Downgrade to Free | Also scheduled for the end of the period, and can be cancelled before it takes effect. |
| Cancel | At the end of the billing period by default (or immediately, if you choose). Afterwards the organization is on the Free plan: your data, data sources and auto-generated dashboards stay, and AI credits and paid features stop. |
Plan changes and cancellation are in Settings > Billing. Only the organization Owner can cancel. Invoices, tax IDs and billing details are in the Stripe portal, opened with Manage in Stripe Portal. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price.
