Add-ons & Overage Packs

Add-ons let you top up specific resources - AI credits, storage, user seats, data sources, file uploads, or OCR pages - without jumping to the next subscription tier. Use them to handle short bursts of activity or to permanently expand a single dimension of your plan.
Overview
Every clariBI plan comes with a fixed monthly allotment of AI credits, storage, users, data sources, file uploads, and OCR pages. When you need more, you have two choices:
- Upgrade your plan — best when several limits are tight at once
- Buy an add-on — best when only one resource is short
Add-ons come in two flavors: one-time packs that expire after 90 days, and monthly recurring add-ons that renew with your subscription. Annual recurring saves 10% compared to month-to-month.

How billing works
- Recurring add-ons bill on the same day as your main clariBI subscription and appear as separate line items on your invoice.
- One-time packs charge immediately and the resources expire 90 days after purchase. They do not auto-renew.
- Annual recurring saves 10% compared to month-to-month for any of the recurring add-ons.
- If you downgrade or cancel your main subscription, recurring add-ons cancel at the end of the current billing period.
Managing add-ons
To view, change quantities, or cancel add-ons:
- Open Settings in clariBI
- Go to Billing
- Open the Add-ons tab to see active subscriptions and one-time packs, along with how much of each resource you have remaining
- Click Change quantity to scale up or down, or Cancel to stop a recurring add-on at the end of the current period
