The no-cost home for users who connected during the trial and want their auto-generated insight dashboards to remain accessible indefinitely, plus anyone evaluating clariBI without time pressure. 3 data sources, 1 GB storage, single user, no AI credits, no MCP catalog. Trial ($0, 14 days)
Full access to every feature for 14 days. 50 AI credits, full MCP catalog (90+ vendors), Conversational Analytics, AI report generation, the template marketplace. After expiry, your account moves to Free automatically: dashboards preserved, AI credits stop, MCP connections pause. See the trial-end transition guide.
Lite ($19/month)
The cheapest paid plan. Designed for solo operators who want manual deterministic dashboards on more data sources than Free allows, without paying for AI features they don't intend to use. 5 data sources, 2 GB storage, manual dashboard builder, single user. Starter ($99/month)
The entry-level AI tier. 500 AI credits, 10 data sources, 5 GB storage, 3 users. Includes the full MCP catalog (Stripe, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Atlassian, PostHog and 23 more), plus Conversational Analytics, AI report generation, and the template marketplace. The right shape for solo analysts and teams of 1 to 3 people running the daily-driver AI BI workflow.
Professional ($199/month)
For growing teams that need collaboration, RBAC, and compliance basics. 1,500 AI credits, 50 data sources, 15 users. Adds: team workspaces with real-time collaboration, scheduled reports with email delivery, export to PDF/Excel/CSV, public sharing links, external API access (/api/v1/), organization audit trail, RBAC, MFA, OAuth SSO. The right shape for companies of 5 to 15 people standardizing on clariBI.
Enterprise ($999/month)
Everything in Professional plus SAML SSO (Okta, Azure AD), multiple-provider SSO management, audit log export, extended audit log retention, and priority support. 5,000 AI credits, 100 data sources, 100 users, 100 GB storage. Need more capacity without upgrading? On any paid plan you can purchase add-ons for AI credits, storage, user seats, data sources, file uploads, and OCR pages. Available one-time (3-month expiry) or recurring. See Add-Ons or manage them in Settings → Billing.
Which Plan Should I Pick?
- "I want to evaluate without a credit card." Start a Trial (full features, 14 days). When it ends you land on Free.
- "I'm a solo user who wants dashboards but not AI." Lite at $19/mo, 5 data sources, manual dashboard builder, no AI billing.
- "I'm a solo or small-team operator who actually wants AI." Starter at $99/mo, 500 credits, full MCP catalog. This is the most common paid tier.
- "We're a team of 5 to 15 people that needs collaboration and basic compliance." Professional at $199/mo, 1,500 credits, RBAC + MFA + audit trail.
- "We need SAML SSO and audit-log export for compliance." Enterprise at $999/mo, or contact sales for custom terms.
You can upgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Existing dashboards, data sources and credentials carry over across tier changes.
