## Connect PyPI to clariBI The PyPI connector syncs daily Python package download counts for the packages you choose, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. The download-stats API is open, so there is no API key to manage. ### What you need - Nothing. The download-stats API requires no API key or account. - The Python package names you want (for example requests, numpy, or your own published package). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find PyPI. 2. There is no key to paste. Type the package names to track. 3. clariBI syncs the daily download counts, preprocesses them, and builds a dashboard you can query and pull into reports. ### What gets synced For each package: the daily download count over the available window (roughly the last 180 days). The connector reads only and never changes anything.
