Connect npm to clariBI with no API key to sync daily package download counts for the packages you choose, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.
## Connect npm to clariBI The npm connector syncs daily package download counts for the packages you choose, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. The npm download-counts API is open, so there is no API key to manage. ### What you need - Nothing. The npm download-counts API requires no API key or account. - The package names you want (for example react, express, or your own published package). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find npm. 2. There is no key to paste. Type the package names to track and choose how much history to pull. 3. clariBI syncs the daily download counts, preprocesses them, and builds a dashboard you can query and pull into reports. ### What gets synced For each package: the daily download count over your chosen window. The connector reads only and never changes anything.
