What is Marketstack?
Marketstack is a market-data provider offering REST APIs for end-of-day, intraday, and historical stock prices across 70+ global exchanges, plus ticker, exchange, and corporate-action reference data.
clariBI reads Marketstack through its v2 REST API using your own access key: daily end-of-day open, high, low, close, adjusted close, and volume for the tickers you choose. Access is read-only, and clariBI never places a trade or changes anything in your account.
How to connect Marketstack
- Open Data Sources in clariBI. In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find Marketstack, and paste your Marketstack access key (free from marketstack.com). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
- Type tickers and history. Enter the ticker symbols to track (for example AAPL or MSFT), then choose how many days of history to pull. clariBI reads prices read-only.
- Sync, then get dashboards. clariBI syncs the daily prices, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How did our key holdings move this quarter?" and the AI engine queries the synced prices alongside your revenue.

What gets synced

For each selected ticker, clariBI syncs daily open, high, low, close, adjusted close, and volume, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never places a trade or changes anything in your Marketstack account.
