## Connect Kustomer to clariBI The Kustomer connector syncs your support conversations, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - Your Kustomer org prefix (the acme in acme.api.kustomerapp.com). - An API key (Settings, Security, API Keys). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Kustomer. 2. Enter your org prefix and API key. The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. clariBI follows the next link through your conversation list, syncs it, and builds a dashboard. ### What gets synced Conversations with their created date, status, channels, and priority. The connector reads only and never edits a conversation.
