Connect Klaviyo to clariBI with your API key to sync daily metric counts (opens, clicks, placed orders) for the metrics you choose, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

## Connect Klaviyo to clariBI The Klaviyo connector syncs the daily count of the metrics you choose, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - A Klaviyo private API key with metrics read access. Create one in Klaviyo under **Settings** then **API Keys**. - The metric IDs you want to track. Each Klaviyo metric (for example Placed Order, Opened Email, Clicked Email) has an ID. ### How to find a metric ID Call the Klaviyo Get Metrics endpoint (`GET /api/metrics/`) with your API key and the `revision` header. The response lists each metric with its `id` and `attributes.name`. Copy the IDs you want. ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Klaviyo. 2. Paste your Klaviyo private API key. It is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. Enter the metric IDs to track and set how many days of history to pull. 4. clariBI syncs the daily counts, preprocesses them, and builds a dashboard you can query and pull into reports. ### What gets synced For each metric: the daily event count over your chosen window. The connector reads only and never sends a message or changes anything.
