Connect Iterable to clariBI with your API key to sync campaign metadata (channel, state, send size, created date) for your project, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

What is Iterable?

Iterable is a cross-channel marketing platform that runs email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns from one place.

clariBI reads Iterable through its REST API using your own API key: the campaigns in your project, with their channel, state, send size and created date. Access is read-only, and clariBI never sends a message or changes anything in your Iterable account.

How to connect Iterable

  1. Open Data Sources in clariBI. In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data Source, find Iterable, and paste your Iterable API key (Settings → API Keys, a server-side key with read access). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
  2. Choose how much history. Set how many days of campaigns to keep after the sync. clariBI reads your campaign metadata read-only.
  3. Sync, then get dashboards. clariBI syncs the campaigns, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did our send volume track new signups?" and the AI engine queries the synced campaigns alongside your business data.

What you can analyze

  • Campaigns created over time by channel
  • Channel mix: email versus SMS versus push
  • Send size trends across your campaigns
  • Campaign state breakdown (running, finished, scheduled)
  • Send volume lined up with signups or orders by date
  • Cross-source: campaign sends → signups → revenue

What gets synced

clariBI pulls your campaign metadata through the Iterable REST API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.

clariBI syncs each campaign with its channel, state, send size and created date, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.

clariBI only ever reads. It never sends a message or changes anything in your Iterable account.

Questions across your other data

Once your records are synced, the AI engine can join them to the rest of your business data. A few examples:

PairingQuestionHow clariBI answers
Iterable × Revenue"Did the weeks we sent more campaigns book more revenue?"Planner: read campaign send dates and sizes from Iterable, align to your revenue by week, and report how closely sends tracked revenue.
Iterable × Signups"Which channel drove the most new signups?"Planner: read campaign channel and send size from Iterable, join to your signups by date, and rank channels by signups per send.
