How to Export Data from Copper CRM and Import It into clariBI

3 min read Updated February 11, 2026
Learn how to export your people, companies, opportunities, and reports from Copper CRM as Excel files and import them into clariBI for AI-powered relationship analysis.

Copper CRM (formerly ProsperWorks) is a Google Workspace-native CRM that integrates deeply with Gmail and Google Calendar. Exporting your Copper data into clariBI lets you use AI to analyze your relationship pipeline, track deal progress, and uncover patterns in your sales process.

Note: Copper exports data in Excel (.xlsx) format, not CSV. clariBI accepts Excel files directly, so no conversion is needed. You will need admin permissions to export data from Copper.

  • Opportunity (deal) data with pipeline stages

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Copper integrates with Google Workspace, so contact data may include Gmail interaction history — this adds useful context for relationship analysis in clariBI
  • When exporting opportunities, include "Pipeline", "Stage", "Value", "Close Date", and "Status" fields for the most actionable pipeline analysis
  • Copper's list view columns determine what gets exported — customize your column layout before exporting to include exactly the data you need
