Wix is a popular website builder with built-in analytics for tracking traffic, sales, and visitor behavior. Exporting your Wix Analytics data into clariBI enables deeper analysis of site performance, marketing effectiveness, and revenue trends with AI.
What You Can Export from Wix Analytics
- Website traffic data including sessions and page views

Export CSV Data from Wix Analytics
Method 1: Traffic and Analytics Reports
- Log in to your Wix account and open your site's Dashboard
- Click Analytics & Reports in the left sidebar
- Select a report such as Traffic Overview, Sales Overview, or Marketing Overview
- Set the Date Range using the date picker at the top of the report
- Look for the Export or Download icon (usually a downward arrow) near the top of the report
- Click the icon and select CSV to download the report data
- The CSV file will include all metrics displayed in the report for your selected date range
- Note: Analytics table reports have a 5,000 row export limit. If your data exceeds this, narrow the date range or filters to stay within the limit
Method 2: Wix Stores (Ecommerce) Export
- From the Dashboard, go to eCommerce > Orders or eCommerce > Products
- Use filters to select the date range or order status
- Click the Export button to download orders or product data as CSV
Method 3: Contacts and Members Export
- Go to Contacts in the Dashboard sidebar
- Filter contacts by labels, creation date, or other criteria
- Click the Import / Export dropdown at the top, then select Export
- The export will download your contact list as a CSV file
- Note: Only the site owner can export contacts. You can export up to 50,000 contacts at once
Tips for Clean Exports
- Wix Analytics reports may group data by day, week, or month — select the granularity that best matches your analysis needs before exporting
- For ecommerce sites, export both traffic data and sales data separately for a comprehensive view in clariBI
- If your Wix site uses Bookings, export booking data alongside sales data to correlate appointments with revenue
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Wix - Site Traffic Analytics Q1 2025")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
