Export form and survey response data from Typeform as CSV and import it into clariBI to analyze response patterns and completion rates with AI.

Typeform is a conversational form and survey tool known for its engaging user experience. Exporting your Typeform responses into clariBI lets you analyze response patterns, completion rates, and answer distributions using AI-driven analytics.

What You Can Export from Typeform

  • All question responses for each submission
  • Submission timestamps and completion dates
  • Respondent metadata and hidden fields
  • Partial and completed response data
  • Score calculations (for quizzes)
  • File upload references
  • Landing and submission page URLs
  • Network and browser metadata

Export CSV Data from Typeform

  1. Log in to your Typeform account at admin.typeform.com
  2. Navigate to your Workspace and click on the form you want to export
  3. Click the Results tab at the top of the form editor
  4. Select the Responses section to view individual submissions
  5. Select all responses by clicking the checkbox in the header row
  6. Click the Export icon at the bottom of the response list
  7. Select CSV as the download format
  8. The file will generate and download automatically with all response data

Alternative: Insights Tab Export

  1. From the Results tab, click on Insights
  2. Review the summary charts and metrics
  3. Use the download option if available to export aggregated insights

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Download responses periodically if your form receives a high volume of submissions, as very large exports may take longer to generate
  • Hidden fields in Typeform (used for tracking sources or campaigns) will appear as columns in your CSV — these can be very useful for segmentation in clariBI
  • If your form includes logic jumps, some respondents may have blank cells for skipped questions — this is normal and clariBI can handle sparse data

Import Your Data into clariBI

- "What is the overall completion rate and where do respondents most often drop off?"

- "Show me the distribution of answers for each multiple choice question"

clariBI's AI will automatically analyze your data and suggest relevant insights.
