Typeform is a conversational form and survey tool known for its engaging user experience. Exporting your Typeform responses into clariBI lets you analyze response patterns, completion rates, and answer distributions using AI-driven analytics.
What You Can Export from Typeform

Export CSV Data from Typeform
- Log in to your Typeform account at admin.typeform.com
- Navigate to your Workspace and click on the form you want to export
- Click the Results tab at the top of the form editor
- Select the Responses section to view individual submissions
- Select all responses by clicking the checkbox in the header row
- Click the Export icon at the bottom of the response list
- Select CSV as the download format
- The file will generate and download automatically with all response data

- From the Results tab, click on Insights
- Review the summary charts and metrics
- Use the download option if available to export aggregated insights
Tips for Clean Exports
- Download responses periodically if your form receives a high volume of submissions, as very large exports may take longer to generate
- Hidden fields in Typeform (used for tracking sources or campaigns) will appear as columns in your CSV — these can be very useful for segmentation in clariBI
- If your form includes logic jumps, some respondents may have blank cells for skipped questions — this is normal and clariBI can handle sparse data
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Typeform - Lead Qualification Responses")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
Once imported, you can ask clariBI questions like:
- "What is the overall completion rate and where do respondents most often drop off?"
- "Break down responses to the satisfaction question by the traffic source hidden field"
- "Show me the distribution of answers for each multiple choice question"
clariBI's AI will automatically analyze your data and suggest relevant insights.
