TikTok Business Center provides analytics on video performance, audience demographics, and follower growth for business accounts. Exporting this data into clariBI enables you to track content trends and make data-driven decisions for your TikTok strategy.
What You Can Export from TikTok Business Center
- Video views, likes, comments, and shares per post
- Follower count and growth trends over time
- Audience demographics (gender, age range, top territories)
- Traffic source breakdown (For You page, profile, following, search)
- Average watch time and total play time per video
- Profile views and profile visit trends
- Content engagement rates and performance benchmarks
- Live video analytics (if applicable)
Export CSV Data from TikTok Business Center
Note: TikTok analytics may also be accessed via TikTok Studio or the Business Hub, depending on your account type and region. The steps below reference business.tiktok.com, but the export workflow is similar across these interfaces.
- Go to business.tiktok.com and log in with your TikTok Business account
- Navigate to Analytics from the main navigation menu
- Select the analytics section you want to export: Overview, Content, or Followers
- Set your desired date range using the date picker at the top of the analytics page — you can select up to 60 days
- Click the Download data button (download icon near the date range selector)
- Select CSV as the export format (if only XLSX is available, clariBI accepts Excel files directly — no conversion needed)
- The file will download containing metrics for the selected section and date range
- Repeat for other sections (Overview, Content, Followers) to get a complete data picture
Alternative Method (TikTok Analytics on Mobile)
- Open the TikTok app and go to your profile
- Tap the three-line menu (top right) > Business Suite or Creator Tools > Analytics
- Note: Mobile analytics do not offer CSV export — use the desktop Business Center for CSV downloads
Tips for Clean Exports
- Export each section (Overview, Content, Followers) separately as TikTok generates individual files per section
- TikTok date ranges are limited — for longer analysis periods, export multiple date ranges and combine them before importing
- Content-level exports include individual video URLs which can be useful for cross-referencing in your analysis
