How to Export CSV Data from Tidio and Import It into clariBI

2 min read Updated February 11, 2026
Export conversation analytics, contact lists, and visitor data from Tidio as CSV files and import them into clariBI for AI-enhanced customer support insights.

Tidio combines live chat, chatbots, and email communication in a single platform. Exporting your Tidio data as CSV and importing it into clariBI allows you to analyze customer interactions, chatbot effectiveness, and visitor engagement patterns with AI. Note: Some export features (analytics CSV export, bulk conversation export) may require a paid Tidio plan (Tidio+ or higher).

What You Can Export from Tidio

  • Contact information (name, email, location, custom properties)
  • Conversation history and interaction logs
  • Analytics data (conversation counts, response times)
  • Chatbot performance metrics
  • Operator activity and response statistics
  • Visitor tracking data and page views
  • Pre-chat survey responses
  • Satisfaction rating summaries

Export CSV Data from Tidio

Method 1: Export Contacts

  1. Log in to your Tidio account
  2. Click Customers in the left sidebar
  3. Apply filters to select specific contact segments if needed
  4. Click the Export button (or three-dot menu) at the top of the contact list
  5. The export will produce a CSV file
  6. Choose which contact fields to include
  7. Click Export and download the generated CSV file

Method 2: Export from Analytics

  1. Navigate to Analytics in the left sidebar
  2. Select the report you want to export (e.g., Conversations, Operators, Satisfaction)
  3. Set your desired date range using the date picker
  4. Click the Export icon at the top-right of the report chart or table
  5. Select CSV format and download the file

Method 3: Export Conversation Data

Note: Tidio does not support bulk conversation export. You can only export individual conversation transcripts one at a time.

  1. Go to Conversations (Inbox) from the left sidebar
  2. Open the specific conversation you want to export
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the conversation
  4. Select the option to download or copy the transcript
  5. Repeat for each conversation you need — there is no way to export all conversations at once

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Export contacts and analytics data as separate files for cleaner analysis
  • Use date filters in analytics to keep exports focused on specific time periods
  • Tag conversations before exporting so you can analyze by topic in clariBI

Import Your Data into clariBI
