Ramp is a corporate card and spend management platform designed to help businesses control expenses and automate accounting. Exporting your Ramp data into clariBI enables AI-driven analysis of spending patterns, vendor costs, and budget utilization.

Export CSV Data from Ramp
Method 1: Transactions Export
- Log in to your Ramp account at app.ramp.com
- Navigate to Transactions in the left sidebar (or main navigation)
- Use the filters to set the date range, department, cardholder, or category
- Click the Export button (download icon) in the top-right area
- Select CSV as the export format
- The file will download with all filtered transaction data
Method 2: Statements Download
- Navigate to Statements in the left sidebar
- Select the statement period you want to download
- Click Download CSV to get the statement in CSV format
Method 3: Custom Reports
- Go to Reports in the navigation
- Create or select a custom report (e.g., spending by department, vendor summary)
- Set the parameters and date range
- Click Export to download the report as CSV
Tips for Clean Exports
- Use the Transactions export for the most detailed, line-item view of every charge — this gives clariBI the richest data to analyze
- Filter by date range before exporting to keep your file focused on the analysis period you care about
- Ramp's automatic categorization means your CSV will have well-organized category data, which is ideal for spend breakdowns in clariBI
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Ramp - Card Transactions Q1 2025")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
Once imported, you can ask clariBI questions like:
- "What is our total spend by category and which categories grew the most?"
- "Which merchants do we spend the most with across all cardholders?"
- "Show me spending by department month over month for the past 6 months"
clariBI's AI will automatically analyze your data and suggest relevant insights.
