What You Can Export from LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Export CSV Data from LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Go to linkedin.com/campaignmanager and log in with your LinkedIn account
- Select the correct ad account from the account list
- Click on the Campaigns tab in the left navigation to see your campaign list
- Set your desired date range using the date range selector at the top of the page
- Optionally filter campaigns by status (Active, Paused, Completed) or search by campaign name
- Select the campaigns you want to export by checking the boxes, or leave all unchecked to export everything visible
- Click the Export button (located in the top right area of the campaigns table)
- Choose CSV as the export format
- The CSV file will download with performance data for all selected or visible campaigns
Exporting Performance Chart Data
- Click into a specific campaign to view its performance dashboard
- Set the date range and review charts for impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend
- Click the Export option if available on the performance chart view
- This provides day-level granular data for the selected campaign
Exporting Lead Gen Form Data
- Navigate to Account Assets > Lead Gen Forms in Campaign Manager
- Select the form you want to export leads from
- Click Download to export collected leads as a CSV
- This includes contact details submitted through your LinkedIn lead gen forms
Tips for Clean Exports
- The main campaign export provides an overview with key performance metrics — use this as your primary import to clariBI for campaign analysis
- Lead Gen Form downloads contain personal information (names, emails, job titles) — handle with appropriate data privacy practices
- Export frequently (weekly or monthly) to build a historical performance dataset that clariBI can analyze for long-term trends
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "LinkedIn Ads - Campaign Performance Q1 2025")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
Once imported, you can ask clariBI questions like:
