JotForm is a versatile online form builder used for applications, registrations, order forms, and surveys. Exporting your JotForm submissions into clariBI lets you analyze response volumes, field-level trends, and form performance using AI analytics.

What You Can Export from JotForm

  • All form field responses per submission
  • Submission dates and timestamps
  • Payment and order information (if applicable)
  • File upload attachment references
  • Respondent IP addresses and geolocation data
  • Form status (read, unread, flagged)
  • Conditional logic field values
  • Calculated field results

Export CSV Data from JotForm

Method 1: From JotForm Tables

  1. Log in to your JotForm account at jotform.com
  2. Click My Forms in the top navigation
  3. Hover over the form whose submissions you want to export and click More > Submissions (under the Data column)
  4. This opens your form data in JotForm Tables
  5. Click the Download All button in the upper-right corner
  6. Select CSV as the export format
  7. The file will download with all submission data

Method 2: Via JotForm Tables Download

  1. Open any form's data in JotForm Tables (from My Forms, hover over the form, click More > Submissions)
  2. Click Download All in the upper-right corner of the Tables view
  3. Select CSV as the format
  4. All submissions will be exported at once

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Use the date filter in the Submissions table before exporting to limit your dataset to a specific time period
  • If your form has many fields, the CSV will have many columns — consider which fields are most relevant for your analysis
  • JotForm includes a Submission ID column that can help you track individual responses across multiple exports
