inFlow Inventory is an inventory management solution designed for small to mid-sized businesses to track products, orders, and stock levels. Exporting your inFlow data into clariBI enables AI-powered analysis of inventory turnover, order trends, and product profitability.
What You Can Export from inFlow Inventory

Export CSV Data from inFlow Inventory
Method 1: Reports Export
- Open inFlow Inventory (cloud version at app.inflowinventory.com or desktop application)
- Click Reports in the left sidebar (cloud) or Main Menu > Reports (desktop app)
- Browse the report categories: Inventory Reports, Sales Reports, Purchasing Reports, and Financial Reports
- Select the report you want (e.g., Stock Summary, Sales by Product, Purchase by Vendor)
- Set the date range and apply any filters as needed
- Click Generate or Run to display the report
- Click Save as from the action bar, then choose CSV file from the Save as type dropdown
Method 2: Product Data Export
- Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Export
- Choose the data type you want to export (e.g., Product Details, Stock levels, Customer list, etc.)
- Click Export to generate and download the CSV file
Method 3: Order Data Export
- Go to Sales Orders or Purchase Orders from the main menu
- Filter by date range, status, or customer/vendor
- Click Export to download the order data as CSV
- The export includes order headers and line item details
Tips for Clean Exports
- Use the Stock Summary report for a snapshot of current inventory levels — import it alongside sales data to let clariBI identify products at risk of stockouts
- Export sales reports by product to understand which items drive the most revenue and which may need to be discontinued
- Run exports after month-end close to ensure all orders and adjustments are included in the data
- Note: Manufacture (work) orders and attachments/images cannot be exported from inFlow
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "inFlow - Sales by Product Q4 2024")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
Once imported, you can ask clariBI questions like:
- "Which products have the highest inventory turnover rate?"
- "Show me monthly sales order totals and highlight the months with the most growth"
- "What is the total value of my current inventory broken down by category?"
clariBI's AI will automatically analyze your data and suggest relevant insights.
