Export CSV Data from HubSpot CRM
Method 1: Export Contacts
- Log in to your HubSpot account at app.hubspot.com
- Navigate to CRM > Contacts
- Use the filter options or select a specific saved view to narrow down the contacts you want to export
- Click the Export button at the top of the list to export all contacts in the current view, or select specific contacts using the checkboxes and then click the Export option
- In the export dialog, choose CSV as the file format
- Select which properties (columns) you want to include, or keep the defaults
- Click Export — HubSpot will prepare the file and send you an email notification with a download link
- Download the CSV file from the email or from the notification bell in HubSpot
Method 2: Export Deals
- Navigate to CRM > Deals in the top navigation bar
- Switch to the Table view (list icon) if you are currently in the Board (Kanban) view
- Apply any filters for deal stage, owner, close date, or other properties
- Click the Export button at the top of the list to export all deals in the current view, or select specific deals using the checkboxes and then click the Export option
- Choose CSV as the format
- Select the properties to include and click Export
- Download the file from the email notification or HubSpot notification
Method 3: Export Company Records
- Navigate to CRM > Companies in the top navigation
- Apply any filters or choose a saved view
- Click the Export button at the top of the list to export all companies in the current view, or select specific companies using the checkboxes and then click the Export option
- Choose CSV and select the desired properties
- Click Export and download the file when ready
Method 4: Export Reports
- Navigate to Reporting > Reports in the top navigation
- Find and open the report you want to export
- Click the Actions dropdown (or the three-dot menu) on the report
- Select Export
- Choose CSV as the format
- The report data will download to your computer
Tips for Clean Exports
- HubSpot exports can take a few minutes for large datasets — you will receive an email when the file is ready to download
- When exporting contacts or deals, select only the properties you need rather than exporting all fields to keep the CSV manageable
- Use HubSpot's saved views and filters before exporting to ensure you are only pulling relevant records
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "HubSpot - All Deals Pipeline 2025")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
