Export your Hootsuite analytics and report data as CSV and import it into clariBI to gain deeper insights into your social media performance.

Hootsuite provides comprehensive social media management and analytics across multiple platforms. Exporting this data into clariBI allows you to perform advanced analysis on post performance, audience engagement, and cross-channel trends.

What You Can Export from Hootsuite

  • Post performance metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, clicks)
  • Audience growth and follower trends per channel
  • Engagement breakdown (likes, comments, shares, reactions)
  • Team performance data (posts published, response times)
  • Best time to publish recommendations data
  • Content performance by type and format
  • Custom report data with selected metrics and date ranges
  • Competitor comparison data (if configured)

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Custom reports give you the most control over which metrics are included in your CSV export
  • The Post Performance export is the most useful for content analysis in clariBI since it includes per-post granular data
  • When exporting from multi-profile reports, the CSV will include a column indicating which social profile each row belongs to
