Export CSV Data from Google Business Profile
Method 1: Performance Insights Download
- Go to business.google.com and sign in with your Google account
- In Business Profile Manager, select the checkbox next to the business profile(s) you want to export data for
- Click Actions Insights in the top right area of the page
- Select your desired timeframe (options include 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom date range)
- Click Download Report to export your performance data as a CSV file
- The file will include metrics such as searches, views, and customer actions for the selected period
Method 2: Bulk Export (Multiple Locations)
- Go to business.google.com
- In Business Profile Manager, select the checkboxes next to multiple business profiles
- Click Actions Insights in the top right area
- Select the timeframe (7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom date range)
- Click Download Report to export a CSV covering all selected locations
Tips for Clean Exports
- Export data regularly to track trends over time — available date ranges include 7, 30, 90 days, or custom ranges
- Download data for all metrics at once rather than exporting individual metrics separately, so clariBI can correlate actions with visibility

Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Google Business Profile - Performance 2024")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
