Export order history and shop data from Etsy Seller as CSV files and import them into clariBI for AI-powered marketplace analytics.

Etsy provides sellers with tools to export order and financial data as CSV files. Importing this data into clariBI helps you analyze sales patterns, product performance, and customer trends across your Etsy shop.

What You Can Export from Etsy

  • Order records with item details, quantities, prices, and buyer information
  • Financial transactions including fees, taxes, and net earnings
  • Listing performance data
  • Payment account statements and deposit records
  • Sales tax reports
  • Shipping label and tracking data
  • Monthly income summaries
  • Shop statistics (traffic, favorites, orders)

Export CSV Data from Etsy

Method 1: Download Order Data

  1. Log in to your Etsy account at etsy.com
  2. Navigate to Shop Manager (click the shop icon in the top navigation)

  4. Click the Download Data tab at the top
  5. Under Download CSV, select the data type: Orders
  6. Choose your desired month or date range
  7. Click Download CSV and save the file to your computer

Method 2: Export Financial Statements

  1. In Shop Manager, go to Finances > Payment account
  2. Click on Monthly Statements or select the date range you need
  3. Click the Download CSV button to export your transaction data
  4. The file will include individual transactions, fees, sales tax, and net amounts

Method 3: Export Orders from the Orders Page

  1. In Shop Manager, click Orders & Shipping
  2. Use the filters to select completed, open, or all orders
  3. Click the Download CSV button (if available on your page view)
  4. Alternatively, use the Settings > Options > Download Data method described above for bulk order exports

Method 4: Export Stats Data

  1. Go to Shop Manager > Stats
  2. Review your traffic, listing views, favorites, and orders data
  3. While Etsy Stats does not have a direct CSV export button, you can select the data on the page and copy it into a spreadsheet
  4. Save the spreadsheet as a CSV file for import into clariBI

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Download orders monthly to build a consistent time series for trend analysis in clariBI
  • Use the financial statement exports for accurate revenue and fee tracking rather than raw order totals
  • Combine order data with stats data in separate clariBI data sources for a complete picture of shop performance

Note: As of July 14, 2025, Etsy implemented a two-week delay on the most recent order information in Orders CSV exports. Your export will not include orders from the last 14 days. Plan your export schedule accordingly.
