How to Export CSV Data from Calendly and Import It into clariBI

2 min read Updated February 11, 2026
Export your scheduling and event data from Calendly as CSV and import it into clariBI to analyze meeting patterns, booking trends, and attendee insights.

Calendly is a widely used scheduling platform that automates meeting bookings. Exporting your Calendly data into clariBI enables you to analyze scheduling patterns, no-show rates, and meeting volume trends using AI-powered analytics.

What You Can Export from Calendly

  • Scheduled event details with dates and times
  • Attendee names and email addresses
  • Event type information (meeting type, duration)
  • Cancellation and reschedule records
  • Invitee responses and form answers
  • Event status (active, canceled, rescheduled)
  • Audit log entries for organizational activity
  • UTM parameters if tracking is enabled

Export CSV Data from Calendly

Method 1: Scheduled Events Export (All Plans)

  1. Log in to your Calendly account at calendly.com
  2. Click Scheduled Events in the left sidebar to view your upcoming and past events
  3. Use the Date Range and Event Type filters to narrow results
  4. Click the Export button at the top of the events list
  5. The CSV will include event details, attendee information, and scheduling metadata
  6. Note: This basic event export is available on all Calendly plans, including the free plan. Advanced analytics and reporting features require a Standard plan or higher

Method 2: Organization Activity Audit Log (Admin, Enterprise Plan)

  1. Navigate to Admin center > Security, then select the Activity log tab
  2. Set the date range and any relevant filters
  3. Click Export to download the audit log as a CSV file
  4. This log tracks organizational activity (settings changes, user actions) rather than scheduled event data

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Filter by specific event types before exporting if you want to analyze one meeting category at a time
  • Export separate files for different date ranges if your scheduling volume is high to keep file sizes manageable
  • Check that your date range covers complete weeks or months for more consistent trend analysis

Import Your Data into clariBI

  6. Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file

clariBI's AI will automatically analyze your data and suggest relevant insights.
