Export CSV Data from BigCommerce
Method 1: Export Orders
- Log in to your BigCommerce admin panel
- Navigate to Orders in the left sidebar, then click Export Orders to open the dedicated export page
- Select the export template or choose Default for all standard fields
- Use the filter options to narrow by date range, order status, or payment method
- Choose CSV as the file format
- Click Export and download the file when it is ready
Tip: For large exports (1,000+ orders), select the Server Storage option instead of a direct download. BigCommerce will save the file on the server for you to retrieve, which is more reliable for large datasets.
Method 2: Export Products
- Go to Products in the left sidebar
- Apply filters by category, brand, availability, or inventory status if needed
- Click the Export button at the top of the product list
- Select the fields you want included in the export
- Choose CSV as the format
- Click Export and download the file
Method 3: Export Customers
- Navigate to Customers in the left sidebar
- Click the Export button at the top of the customer list
- Select the customer fields to include (name, email, phone, address, group, date created, etc.)
- Choose CSV as the format
- Click Export and download the file
Method 4: Export Analytics Data
- Go to Analytics in the left sidebar
- Select a report such as Overview, Real Time, Merchandising, or Marketing
- Set the date range using the date picker
- Click the Export or Download button on the report page
- The report data will download as a CSV file

Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "BigCommerce - Orders March 2025")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
Once imported, you can ask clariBI questions like:
