Export orders, products, and customer data from BigCommerce as CSV files and import them into clariBI for AI-powered e-commerce insights.

BigCommerce is a robust e-commerce platform with built-in CSV export capabilities across orders, products, and customers. Importing this data into clariBI enables AI-driven analysis of your store performance.

What You Can Export from BigCommerce

  • Product catalog with variants, pricing, inventory, and categories
  • Customer records with contact information and order history
  • Store analytics and traffic reports
  • Coupon and discount usage data

  • Brand and category performance data
  • Abandoned cart data

Export CSV Data from BigCommerce

Method 1: Export Orders

  5. Choose CSV as the format
  6. Click Export and download the file

Method 3: Export Customers

  1. Navigate to Customers in the left sidebar
  2. Click the Export button at the top of the customer list
  3. Select the customer fields to include (name, email, phone, address, group, date created, etc.)
  4. Choose CSV as the format
  5. Click Export and download the file

Method 4: Export Analytics Data

  1. Go to Analytics in the left sidebar
  2. Select a report such as Overview, Real Time, Merchandising, or Marketing
  3. Set the date range using the date picker
  4. Click the Export or Download button on the report page
  5. The report data will download as a CSV file

Tips for Clean Exports

  • Use the date range filters before exporting orders to keep files focused and manageable
  • Export products with inventory data included to perform stock-level analysis in clariBI
