Export CSV Data from Amazon Seller Central
Method 1: Export Business Reports
- Log in to Amazon Seller Central at sellercentral.amazon.com
- Navigate to Reports > Business Reports in the top navigation menu
- Select a report type from the left sidebar (e.g., Sales Dashboard, Detail Page Sales and Traffic, Sales and Traffic by ASIN)
- Set the date range using the date picker at the top
- Click the Download button (CSV icon) to download the report as a CSV file
- Save the file to your computer
Method 2: Export Payment Reports
- Go to Reports > Payments in the top navigation
- Click on Date Range Reports
- Select the report type: Transaction, Summary, or Statement View
- Set the date range for the report
- Click Generate Report
- Once the report is generated, click Download to save the CSV file
Method 3: Export Order Reports
- Navigate to Reports > Fulfillment (for FBA) or Orders > Order Reports
- Select the report type (e.g., All Orders, Unshipped Orders, Archived Orders)
- Click Request Report or Schedule a Report
- Set the date range and click Request

- Download payment reports monthly to track fees, refunds, and net payouts accurately over time
Import Your Data into clariBI
- Log in to your clariBI account at claribi.com
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Click the + Add Source button (top right)
- Under Direct Upload, select CSV File
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Amazon - Business Report by ASIN Q1 2025")
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file
- Click Create Data Source
