## Connect Gorgias to clariBI The Gorgias connector syncs your support tickets, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - Your Gorgias subdomain (the acme in acme.gorgias.com). - Your account email and your API key (Settings, REST API). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Gorgias. 2. Enter your subdomain, email, and API key. The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. clariBI follows the cursor through your ticket list, syncs it, and builds a dashboard. ### What gets synced Tickets with their created date, status, and channel. The connector reads only and never edits a ticket.
