Connect Gorgias to clariBI with your subdomain, email, and API key to sync support tickets, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

What is Gorgias?

Gorgias is a customer support platform for ecommerce brands, managing tickets across email, chat, social, and other channels.

clariBI reads Gorgias through its REST API using your subdomain, account email, and API key: your support tickets with status, channel, and timestamps. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a ticket.

How to connect Gorgias

  1. Open Data Sources in clariBI. In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data Source, find Gorgias, and enter your subdomain (the acme in acme.gorgias.com), your account email, and your API key (Settings, REST API). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
  2. Sync your tickets. clariBI follows the cursor through your full ticket list, 100 at a time, and reads it read-only.
  3. Sync, then get dashboards. clariBI syncs the tickets, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did support volume spike when churn rose?" and the AI engine queries the synced tickets alongside your revenue.

What you can analyze

  • Ticket volume created over time
  • Tickets by status (open, closed)
  • Tickets by channel (email, chat, social)
  • Resolution and backlog trends
  • Support load lined up with promotions or launches
  • Cross-source: ticket volume → churn → revenue

What gets synced

clariBI pulls your tickets through the Gorgias REST API, follows the cursor through the full list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.

clariBI syncs tickets with their created date, status, and channel, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.

clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a ticket or a customer in Gorgias.

Questions across your other data

Once your records are synced, the AI engine can join them to the rest of your business data. A few examples:

PairingQuestionHow clariBI answers
Gorgias × Churn"Do customers who file more tickets churn more?"Planner: read ticket volume per customer from Gorgias, join to churn by customer, and report the correlation.
Gorgias × Promotions"Did the last promotion spike support volume?"Planner: read daily ticket creation from Gorgias, align to promotion dates, and flag the spikes.
