Connect Freshsales (Freshworks CRM) to clariBI with your API key to sync the deals in a saved view, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

## Connect Freshsales to clariBI The Freshsales connector syncs the deals in a saved view, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - Your Freshsales API key (Profile Settings then API Settings). - Your bundle alias (the part before .myfreshworks.com). - The view id of the deals view to sync (in the view URL in Freshsales). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Freshsales. 2. Paste your API key and bundle alias. The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. Enter the deals view id. clariBI paginates the view, syncs it, and builds a dashboard. ### What gets synced The deals in the view with their created dates, stages, owners, amounts, and win probabilities. The connector reads only and never edits a deal.
