## Connect Freshdesk to clariBI The Freshdesk connector syncs your support tickets, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - Your Freshdesk subdomain (the acme in acme.freshdesk.com). - Your API key (open your profile settings in Freshdesk and copy your API key). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Freshdesk. 2. Enter your subdomain and API key. The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. clariBI pages your ticket list, syncs it, and builds a dashboard. ### What gets synced Tickets with their created date, status, priority, and source. The connector reads only and never edits a ticket.
