Connect Finnhub to clariBI with your API key to sync daily stock candle history (OHLCV) for the symbols you choose, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

## Connect Finnhub to clariBI The Finnhub connector syncs daily stock candle history for the symbols you choose, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - A free Finnhub API key from [finnhub.io](https://finnhub.io/dashboard). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Finnhub. 2. Paste your Finnhub API key. It is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. Search and select the symbols to track, then choose how many recent daily candles to pull. 4. clariBI syncs the daily candles, preprocesses them, and builds a dashboard you can query and pull into reports. ### What gets synced For each symbol: daily open, high, low, close, and volume. The connector reads only and never places a trade or changes your account. ### Notes The free tier is rate-limited (a capped number of requests per minute). Pick the symbols you most need, and keep the candle count to what you will actually chart.
