What is Braze?
Braze is a customer engagement platform for running cross-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
clariBI reads Braze through its REST API using your own REST API key: the daily engagement series for the campaigns you pick, including sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue. Access is read-only, and clariBI never sends a message or edits a campaign.
How to connect Braze
- Open Data Sources in clariBI. In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find Braze, and enter your REST endpoint (the rest.….braze.com host shown under Settings → APIs and Identifiers → API Keys) and your REST API key. The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
- Choose campaigns and history. Enter the campaign IDs to track (from the Campaign Details page) and set how many days of daily data to pull. clariBI reads the series read-only.
- Sync, then get dashboards. clariBI syncs the daily series, preprocesses it, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did this campaign drive conversions and revenue?" and the AI engine queries the synced series alongside your business data.

What gets synced
clariBI pulls each campaign's daily engagement series through the Braze REST API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes on your schedule. Access is read-only.
For each selected campaign, clariBI syncs the daily sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never sends a message or edits a campaign in Braze.

What do I need to connect Braze?
