clariBI reads Apollo.io through its REST API using your own API key, pulling the contacts saved in your Apollo account. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a record in Apollo.
How to connect Apollo.io
- Open Data Sources in clariBI. In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find Apollo.io, and paste your Apollo API key (Settings then Integrations then API). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
- Choose the records to sync. Pick the object to pull (contacts). clariBI reads it read-only.
- Sync, then get dashboards. clariBI syncs the contacts, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How many contacts did we add per week?" and the AI engine queries the synced data alongside your revenue.
