Connect Alpha Vantage to clariBI with your API key to sync daily stock and ETF price history (OHLCV) for the symbols you choose, read-only, with auto-generated dashboards next to your business data.

## Connect Alpha Vantage to clariBI The Alpha Vantage connector syncs daily stock and ETF price history for the symbols you choose, read-only, and builds an insights dashboard next to your other data. ### What you need - A free Alpha Vantage API key from [alphavantage.co](https://www.alphavantage.co/support/#api-key). ### Steps 1. In clariBI, open **Data Sources** then **Add Data Source** and find Alpha Vantage. 2. Paste your Alpha Vantage API key. It is Fernet-encrypted at rest. 3. Search and select the symbols to track, then choose compact or full history. 4. clariBI syncs the daily prices, preprocesses them, and builds a dashboard you can query and pull into reports. ### What gets synced For each symbol: daily open, high, low, close, and volume. The connector reads only and never places a trade or changes your account. ### Notes The free tier is rate-limited (a small number of requests per minute and per day). Pick the symbols you most need, and use compact history unless you require the full multi-year series.
