Zendesk + clariBI
Connect Zendesk with your API token, sync your tickets, and see support volume and resolution next to the revenue and churn they affect.
Native Zendesk data-source connector.
Paste your Zendesk subdomain and API token, and clariBI syncs your tickets into preprocessed datasets and auto-generated dashboards, right next to your other tools. Access is read-only.
What is Zendesk?
Zendesk is a customer support platform for managing tickets across email, chat, and other channels.
clariBI reads Zendesk through its REST API using your subdomain and API token: your support tickets with status, priority, and timestamps. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a ticket.

Connect Zendesk in three steps
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find Zendesk, and enter your subdomain (the acme in acme.zendesk.com), your account email, and an API token (Admin Center → Apps and integrations → APIs). The token is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
Sync your tickets
clariBI paginates your full ticket list and reads it read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the tickets, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did support volume spike when churn rose?" and the AI engine queries the synced tickets alongside your revenue.
What you can analyze
Out of the box with the Zendesk connector:
- Ticket volume created over time
- Tickets by status (open, pending, solved, closed)
- Tickets by priority and channel
- Resolution and backlog trends
- Support load lined up with releases or campaigns
- Cross-source: ticket volume → churn → revenue
Zendesk is one of many data sources you can connect to clariBI. See the full list →
What gets synced
clariBI pulls your tickets through the Zendesk REST API, paginates the full list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.
clariBI syncs tickets with their created date, status, and priority, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a ticket or a user in Zendesk.
Cross-source questions Zendesk makes possible
Zendesk data is most useful next to your other tools. clariBI's planner composes it with your CRM, billing, and product data through the same entity-join primitives that back every cross-source analysis.
Zendesk × Churn
"Do accounts that file more tickets churn more?"
Planner: read ticket volume per account from Zendesk, join to churn by account, and report the correlation.
Zendesk × Releases
"Did the last release spike support volume?"
Planner: read daily ticket creation from Zendesk, align to release dates, and flag the spikes.
