clariBI reads SpyFu through its Domain Stats API using your own API key: the monthly history of the domains you choose, including organic clicks, paid clicks, ad budget, organic value, and average rank. Access is read-only, and clariBI never changes anything in your SpyFu account.

What clariBI syncs
clariBI pulls the monthly history of the domains you select through the SpyFu Domain Stats API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it once it is more than a day old. Access is read-only.
For each selected domain, clariBI syncs monthly organic clicks, paid clicks, ad budget, organic value, ads purchased, and average rank, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never changes anything in your SpyFu account.

How to connect SpyFu
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find SpyFu, and paste your SpyFu API key (the Secret Key from Account Settings, API Usage). The key is stored encrypted.
Choose domains and country
Enter the domains to track (for example example.com) and set the country. clariBI reads the monthly history read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the monthly organic and paid-search stats, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did our organic clicks grow while our ad budget held?" and clariBI reads the synced history alongside your revenue.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

About the SpyFu connector
What do I need to connect SpyFu?
A SpyFu API key (the Secret Key from your SpyFu Account Settings, API Usage). You paste it into clariBI once; it is stored encrypted, and there is no OAuth popup or app to register. SpyFu API access comes with a paid SpyFu membership.
Can clariBI change anything in SpyFu?
No. The connector only reads the monthly domain stats for the domains you select. It never changes anything in your SpyFu account.
Which clariBI plans include SpyFu?
Every plan can connect SpyFu, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the SpyFu catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
