clariBI reads SpyFu through its Domain Stats API using your own API key: the monthly history of the domains you choose, including organic clicks, paid clicks, ad budget, organic value, and average rank. Access is read-only, and clariBI never changes anything in your SpyFu account.

Connect SpyFu in three steps
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find SpyFu, and paste your SpyFu API key (the Secret Key from Account Settings, API Usage). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
Choose domains and country
Enter the domains to track (for example example.com) and set the country. clariBI reads the monthly history read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the monthly organic and paid-search stats, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did our organic clicks grow while our ad budget held?" and the AI engine queries the synced history alongside your revenue.

What gets synced
clariBI pulls the monthly history of the domains you select through the SpyFu Domain Stats API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.
For each selected domain, clariBI syncs monthly organic clicks, paid clicks, ad budget, organic value, ads purchased, and average rank, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never changes anything in your SpyFu account.

What do I need to connect SpyFu?
A SpyFu API key (the Secret Key from your SpyFu Account Settings, API Usage). You paste it into clariBI once; it is Fernet-encrypted at rest, and there is no OAuth popup or app to register. SpyFu API access comes with a paid SpyFu membership.
Can clariBI change anything in SpyFu?
No. The connector only reads the monthly domain stats for the domains you select. It never changes anything in your SpyFu account.
