About Marketstack
Marketstack is a market-data provider offering REST APIs for end-of-day, intraday, and historical stock prices for global exchanges, plus ticker, exchange, and corporate-action reference data.
clariBI reads Marketstack through its v2 REST API using your own access key: daily end-of-day open, high, low, close, adjusted close, and volume for the tickers you choose. Access is read-only, and clariBI never places a trade or changes anything in your account.

What clariBI syncs
clariBI pulls daily end-of-day price history for the tickers you type through the Marketstack v2 REST API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it once it is more than a day old. Access is read-only.
For each selected ticker, clariBI syncs daily open, high, low, close, adjusted close, and volume, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never places a trade or changes anything in your Marketstack account.

How to connect Marketstack
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find Marketstack, and paste your Marketstack access key (free from marketstack.com). The key is stored encrypted.
Type tickers and history
Enter the ticker symbols to track (for example AAPL or MSFT), then choose how many days of history to pull. clariBI reads prices read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the daily prices, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How did our key holdings move this quarter?" and clariBI reads the synced prices alongside your revenue.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

About the Marketstack connector
What do I need to connect Marketstack?
A free Marketstack access key from marketstack.com. You paste it into clariBI once; it is stored encrypted, and there is no OAuth popup or app to register.
How do I enter tickers?
Type each ticker symbol as you know it, for example AAPL or MSFT. You can add several at once.
Can clariBI trade or change my account?
No. The connector only reads daily price history for the tickers you enter. It never places a trade or changes anything in your account.
Which clariBI plans include Marketstack?
Every plan can connect Marketstack, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the Marketstack catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
